What are your delivery options and timeframes?

We offer several shipping tiers to suit your needs. Standard UK Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while our Express Next-Day Service is available for orders placed before 2 PM GMT. All shipments are fully tracked, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our London warehouse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be delighted with your LuxEdge purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please visit our [Returns Portal] to generate a prepaid shipping label. Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or bespoke products may be exempt.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, LuxEdge London ships worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by destination. Please note that for orders outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
